IMPLEMENTATION
STRUCTURE - Customised HubSpot deal cards and workflows so sales reps could record the reason a lead wasn’t ready, automatically triggering a tailored nurture sequence.
CONTENT - Built out more than 20 dynamic, personalised email templates covering scenarios such as Waiting for Finance, Rebate Pending, or Home Renovations Underway, plus re-engagement campaigns for “lost” or “stalled” deals.
AUTOMATION - Developed six complete workflow streams, including:
- Sales nurture sequences (reason-based follow-ups)
- After-installation care (thank-you packs, referral program, review requests)
- Re-engagement workflows (checking in on cold or lost leads)
- Newsletter tagging and list management
