Licella approached Drum Digital after undertaking competitor analysis which showed their brand was not competing effectively in their industry and key target markets were not hearing their message. There was no cohesive group branding strategy to tie all products and sub-brands together, and their website was no longer fit for purpose – a comprehensive, coordinated rejuvenation was required across all digital touch points.

Brand identity refresh:

Drum Digital deep dived into the client’s profile to fully understand their personality, their message and what they wanted their brand to be. Then we created numerous brand identity concepts and worked closely with the Licella team to evolve the chosen concept into a final new logo and branding design execution, which we rolled out across all physical and digital assets - cementing the new brand identity in an accessible style guide which ensured clarity and consistency across the group.

Website redesign and rebuild:

Drum Digital mapped out the website development project with a revamped information architecture that supported the new business objectives. Once wireframes were approved we applied the new branding across the site, an operation which required the simplification of complex processes to incorporate key infographics. The entire project was delivered on time andon budget, with best practice search engine optimisation throughout.
